These guys know their stuff--from opening the box to setting up the TV (too big for me to do myself).

Always get the Best Buy extended warranty best in the business not like Office Depot or you have to send it away somewhere with Best Buy you can bring it back to the store

Never had to use it so I gave it five stars because it was there IF i needed it.

One large purchase items it is a great idea for you to add geek squad protection. Best Buy does a great job in taking i on f it’s costumers. No muss no fuss.

I don't recall what I signed up for geek squad for but I've never had an issue with them and everything that's ever been handled by the geek squad has been done in a professional manner.

This warranty is very beneficial because if something were to happen , for example water damage the the tv. If they can't fix it then they will replace it with a new one. It's good especially if you have kids and they play with the electronics.

I am extremely happy with all the Geek Squad Protection that I have added to my purchases.

I am so glad that I purchased this 5 year protection plan for my 65 inch Samsung Tv from Geek Squad which will definitely come to our house to fix anything if broken

I get this protection for most items above 100 dollars and it delivers when things go horribly wrong.

I bought this plan on my Sony TV and it definitely paid off. My TV ended up breaking just before the 2 year mark. Geek squad was quick and easy and helped me get a new TV delievered. This is a must buy for any high end electronics.

For about 20 years I’ve purchase my tech from Bestbuy and Geek Squad has always been a great addition. I’ve never had issues with them. Great support and totally worth it.

Geek squard found the problem with my lap top, and best buy replaced it with no problems.

Pardon my pun but "it pays" to have extended warranty on televisions. Glad I was able to purchase a "5 year warranty" for my new Sony and have 2 years to pay it off with my Bestbuy card. Who can beat that! Thank you Bestbuy!
