Seems I always get Geek Squad warranty n never need it but it’s better to get it n hav it n not need it than to not get it n then need it Better to b safe than sorry

Purchased 5 year warranty for an open box TCL TV R646. They were professional and helpful when advising on the 5 year warranty. I have no issues with tv so far but good to know I have that extra warranty/coverage in case anything happens.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection plan. It provides excellent coverage, convenient service options, and peace of mind knowing that my device is protected for an extended period. A must have if you are going to purchase any electronic device! I originally purchased a Hisense 75" flatscreen TV that a little over a year later, the backlighting went out on half of the TV and right before Super Bowl Sunday...sad day... Though I wasn't pleased with customer support when trying to find a way forward over the phone, I eventually was able to get in touch with a Geek Squad representative via the chat (recommend going this route). He was able to locate my purchase, and inform me that my TV would be replaced and at no charge due to the inadvertent issues! Protect your investments! You deserve to be compensated for items that you pay for and don't work to specs!

The warranty is great. M6 remote broke and tgey sent me a new one

Well be a great warrenty once Sansung manufacturers expires in a year.

Tvs are made to break eventually, whether its the leds, motherboards, wear and tear, etc....devices aren't made to last anymore and they become obsolete eventually. Such is the way now.....I think its always best to get the protection plan.

Had to use my extended warranty. Best Buy was very helpful and took care of the problem. They credited the full cost of my old tv to my new tv, Would recommend the extended warranty. It saved me a lot of money. Happy customer.

The Tv great sinks with everything easy to set no issues with connecting to internet a lot different options to connect with everything like ipad , iPhone etc.

I have always purchased the Geek Squad protection, and Best Buy has promptly honored the service on my computers and TVs.

We purchased the 5 year protection plan with our new Sony Bravia 65” X85J TV about 2 weeks ago. Have not had to use it yet thankfully and hopefully we don’t have to! So I really can’t comment too much on this but it’s nice to know that if anything does happen to our new TV that Best Buy will be coming out to our home to either repair whatever it may be (as long as it’s not a cracked or broken screen) that it will be fixed for free or replaced and you can believe that for the money we paid for the TV and protection plan, we will DEFINITELY be holding Best Buy to it!! I have all of the paperwork and have read each and every word in the terms and conditions.

This is a great added service for non technical people like me! I don't have to worry about messing it up as if I did, they would be able to fix it with ease and promptness.

Haven’t had to use it yet. Knowing I have the Geek Squad protection eases my mind as a senior citizen that they are there if needed

I havent used it but it does offer peace of mind knowing im covered.
