Geek squad is amazing and have helped alot with electronic issues.

I bought only the 2 year geek squad service. Hopefully the tv will outlast that, but I purchased due to the likely hood that any failure will probably be an early one and the squad will handle pixel or other failures after the 1 year HiSense warranty.

I'm not a technology-minded person. As a result, I want someone I can call if I have a question about the product I've purchased, or a problem arises. Having Geek Squad protection gives me peace of mind because I know I can call them 24/7 (yes, I've called them in the middle of the night), and they will help me. No one can beat best buys services. Think, if they can't repair an item fairly quick they hook you up with new unit. Yeaaaa.

Always go with the Squad! Otherwise here in Hawaii it’s nearly impossible to find anyone capable or willing to fix your electronics for less than what you paid brand new!

I buy the geek squad warranty when it makes the most sense, usually when I spend a significant amount of money, and the manufacturer warranty is only one year.

Always get the GSP on TVs. ya never know how much you use them now and they arent built like appliances. appliances are built to last 10 years. but TVs arent, and TVs have alot more functionality and use so Id always get GSP on TVs/

THE INSTALLER WAS AWESOME. THEY GOT EVERYTHING HOOKED UP TO ONE REMOTE WHICH MAKES IT SO EASY TO USE. MY HUSBAND LOVES IT. THEY WERE POLITE AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING. GREAT JOB GUYS.

Purchased warranty protection for tv, just in case. Luckily I haven't had to use it. Staff was very helpful with all my questions.
