I got this for the TV, and while I have not yet needed to use it, for the price you can't beat the insurance. When I have used their protection plans in the past they have been great to work with.

I don't usually buy the protection plans on items that I purchase, however when I bought my 3-D TV, I did. Now I'm glad I did as my TV has a sound problem, and It will be fixed at no charge to me

Because of a previous experience with a TV I bought I decided to purchases an extended warrant for its replacement.

Always worth it! You never know what might happen or if after the manufacturer warranty runs out what might happen!

The protection that geek squad provides is un matched. It allows you to deal directly with then and not have to deal with the items manufacturers for any problems with your products

For a little extra we went with the geek squad protection for extra security just in case something were to go wrong after the manufacture warranty runs out.

If you buy a Samsung TV you better buy this, their customer service sucks even if you are right outside the warranty...I mean days...not months...buy the Geek Squad warranty...just do it

Best buy has the warranty Geek Squad. Haven't had to use them yet. But in the past on a receiver I bought had some issues several times so they gave me a new one. Great customer service.

Excellent Warranty 5 year even though the tV has a 2 year warranty

Time will tell if this was worth the purchase, but seems like it should be. Hoping nothing happens to my appliances, but if there is an issue I will be calling Geek Squad.
