I would highly recommend getting the geek squad to install any electronic purchase.

No problem what so ever great customer service came out reviewed my my 55 inch fire tv / replaced and reinstalled

When you buy a tv with this warranty, you stay in calm. Geek Squad team response very responsible and quickly.

Installed it myself and the biggest obstacles were removal from the bed of my truck and unpacking it.

I bought the Geek Squad service plan for my new Insignia 55" 4K Roku TV. Modern electronics don't seem to last as long as they used to (the TV that this one replaced was a Panasonic 32" that served me well for 15 years). Hope I won't have to use it, but I thought it was reasonable insurance.

I always have geek squad on all my devices. When something stops working I can turn it in for a new one.

Bought this for a smart TV, I havent had to use it but its a great thing to have in case something goes wrong.

Even though I yet to use this protection plan, just to have it in place is very comforting just in case I have to use it.

A 5 year warranty is essential for tv models above $400. 1 or 2 problems, it will pay for itself. Don't have to mail it to the company, just take it to the closest Best Buy or have them work on it at your home, for large screen models. Wish they would refund half the cost of the warranty if there were no problems.

The protection is always a good move when buying expensive electronics.

What a small price to pay for 5 years of peace. 5 years! To be able to not worry about replacing a TV for 5 years is priceless

Works great. No buttons on tv, but remote battery life is shown on the tv screen every time you turn it on.
