Only issue was I felt they rushed to get out of there after. Didn't really help me set up anything and the TV picture was awful. Had to return the TV.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Normally i love geek squad protection but they really let me down this time just purchased a Samsung s90d oled for 2300 plus 500 for geek squad so 2900 and it was the best tv iv ever had for 1 month then completely shut off on me and broke best buy refuses to honor the protection planed i purchased because they want me to go through Samsung first and use thier warranty thats ganna take 2 weeks for e tech to show up so i have no tv for 2 weeks and have to hope he can fix it and i asked can i just bring in my tv to best buy and they refuse to help at all even when i purchased a 500 dollar protection plan

HOWEVER, 5-6 years ago I purchased 2 laptop computers that came with Windows 10. I purchased Windows 7 from Best Buy. I didn't like Windows 10. Your staff told me if I purchased a 2 year service agreement You would be able to REMOVE Win10 and replace it with Win7. A week later I come to pick up the laptops only to be told Best Buy techs COULD NOT REMOVE WIN10. You refused to return my nearly $200 extended warrantee money!! I called you and sent a letter and NEVER heard from you! Unfortunately, you are the only full-service computer store in town (No more Circuit City). Only option is stationery stores that have minimal selection. I am still angry about this rip off! THE ONLY REASON I purchased this computer AND extended warranty is because of your manager. I paid for the current system online and when i went to your store to pick it up it was NO LONGER available. The manager got on it right away and got the system I ordered right on the spot! She was GREAT! And I thank her profusely. PLUS, other items I brought in I bought from you could not be repaired. Geeesh!!!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is way better than the manufacturers warranty. Just bought a Vizio earlier this year, and it failed in 9 mo. Zero warranty. Problem with this warranty, you have to haul your tv back to best buy.
