    They dropped off the tv, and wouldn't even take the box with them. Now I'm stuck with a HUGE box to try to get rid of. They were on time and careful with my tv though.

    Not sure how Greek squad communicates with Best Buy but I had trouble getting my tv since gs came to My house when warranty was over but my appointment was made before it was over .
