It was a good choice to get this plan. Just the cost of cleaning a camera made this purchase worthwhile. Knock on wood, no drops yet. But if I do, its covered.

Its so expensive to have anything fixed these days so why not get the Five Year protection plan and have no worries for five whole years. How nice is that!!!

Trust the geek squad! If anything ever were to go wrong with my product I wouldn’t have anything to worry about because I always purchased the geek squad protection.

I am 73 and don't buy anything without coverage for it anymore as things are way beyond my electronic knowledge.

I always get the additional insurance/warranty for my purchases if it qualifies for one. It is worth it. Things do happen

We bought extended warranty cuz we have needed to use it in prior years on other TV and we had no issues with it.

Adding a two year protection plan seemed like a good idea in case in issues arise.

The Geeks have always been helpful. I’ve only had one instance that the initial person was useless, besides that, they are worth it.

Always good to have your electronics protected. And the fact i buy most my electronics from BB its an all in one coverage

It is a must when buying a new tv. Instead of having to deal with the manufacture they come out and provide better service.

Haven’t had to use this yet but I’m sure the service they provide is epic. Hopefully I won’t need it for awhile though
