Every time I have used the protection program it has worked great. Remember when you needed you have it.

If I didn't have this protection I would have had to return my television to the manufacturer,instead of getting a in store credit that same day.

Geek Squad protection is a must, especially with my gaming consoles--It's a MUST for a "just in case"!
