They fixed my TV speakers on the TCL 8 series when they cut out after only one year.

The Geek Squard Warranty is great. I had a tv under the Greek Squard and it went out iaftet 4 1/2 years and they replaced the tv. That is with no grestions asked.

Agent mounted my TV and connected all the cables. Highly recommend.

I have not had to use it and hope not to. But, is a goof Idea because I have been burned before with the last TV that I purchased. So, I do recommend.

I purchased this protection because I figured it would help me when something happen to the item I purchased. I have not had to use it but I hope it works if I needed to use it.

I like the fact that there is 24 hr tech service. You can call and tech will walk you through trouble shooting protocols. Then if not resolved they will schedule an appointment.
