    I have not had to use the service for this tv but have for another. We had a DLP television and the bulb went. The cost of the bulb paid for the service. Would definitely recommend.

    The customer service from geek squad is horrendous. I set up a service call to repair a LG OLED tv before Memorial Day because it doesn't power on. A quick internet search reveals there is a known issue with the power board, which was confirmed during the first visit. Yet here it is after the 4th of July holiday, no new power board and no working tv. The local store cannot (or claims it cannot) provide any help. All you can do is call an 800 number, be placed on hold, and be told they will call you back with a repair date, which doesn't happen. No one seems interested in fixing my TV.
