We purchased the Geek Squad Protection plan to have a piece of mind if we should ever experience any issues with our purchase.

Thankfully I have never had to use any protection plan I've purchased but as I understand they are good to have.

While its not always needed, this is a great deal at Best Buy. 5 years is a long time for a TV and nowadays they may not last and I have the peace of mind to have this in my back pocket.

WORKS GREAT. FOR PRICE DIFFERENCE, I WOULD RECCOMEND THE 5 YEAR PLAN VS THE 2 SINCE TV'S TEAR UP. I LOVE THE POLICY OF NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

I had it with my last tv and used the plan when my tv stopped turning on. Geek squad showed up and were very professional.
