Never needed it for my TCL smart TV I purchased in 2020. Still good to have.

Haven't had the opportunity to use but have no doubt the service will be efficient and excellent if or when I need it.

If you buy an OLED TV from anyone, get this plan. You are covered. Don't let burn in scare you. Get this coverage for sure.

Always get the proctection plans for something expensive cause you never know what can happen

Always purchase extra warranty that must be a rule of thumb. Anything above $100 could hurt you to replace.

Nice to always have a back up plan. Haven't called upon this service as yet. But the fact that it is there is pleasing. Especially for my parents and in laws devices.

We've had no problems when contacting the Geek Squad about our protection plan that they offered to us.

The agents came to our home and installed our purchase quickly. The agents also explained the setup and we couldn't be happier.

Bought this for the protection. So far so good but tv is still new! Lol

Good warranty as it covers all issues 2 weeks after the tv purchase. Worth the little extra money.

Usually do not buy these extended plans, but in an area with power fluctuations best to protect for next 5 years. Not too much $ for peace of mind.

Haven’t had to use them for any purchases but gives me the ability to not stress out and enjoy what I’ve purchased.

Hopefully we won’t need to use this. I bought it on a tv that was purchased years ago. We needed to use the warranty and had excellent service Go Geek Squad!
