Fortunately, I have not used the five year geed squad protection plan. Hopefully, I will not need to use this. Just purchased it as an insurance policy.

I always purchase the protection for the geek squad. Why not have that peace of mind when purchasing big ticket items for just a few dollars more. Its better than having to go out and replace it at full price!

So thankful that this service exists. Life saver. You will never regret purchasing this service.

I purchased this Geek squad protection for 2 years. All has gone well with my unit so I have not had any reason to use the service. Just Protection so far.

We always trust Geek squad protection for a new product. They replace it immediately if if can’t be fixed by them. The replacement is a new product.

I used this service to ask a simple question and they were extremely helpful. Hopefully, will never need to use for something more serious, but glad they have my back if I do need assistance.

I put my own TV up it was super easy to do. The people in store was helpful getting what i needed

I love my products from best buy. Most of them i get Geek Squad for. Ive only had to use their help once and they helped in a timely manner and were very nice.

Boughtbthe orotection because TV was an open box and I liked the service they offer. They will go to your house to fix the item and replace if they can't fix. Haven't used it yet but that is what they say.

I purchased the geek squad plan to have a piece of mine I always do just in case.

I have not had to utilize this yet (thankfully). This does provide a sense of security and hopefully will be worth the additional cost if an issue arises.

I also get the service plans because of the wear and tear on the devices. Luckily we haven’t had to use them as of yet but I’d rather be safe than sorry!

Luckily I haven't had to use this yet, but I am confident that if I do, I will get great service like I have before in the past with Geek Squad Service.

Had to return a tv. They were great. When they couldn’t fix the issue we got credit for a new one. The warranty is awesome Staff is WONDERFUL and knowledgeable

Peace of mind for 5 years for my OLED. It doesn’t get any better than that.
