I got this for a peace of mind, knowing my tv is covered for anything

So far I have not had to use the service however I did contact them with some questions about my television and they were very helpful to troubleshoot and answer any questions I had.

Geek squad good service gave us credit toward brand new Tv!

They are very helpful and professional. We had the install our tv and soundbar. Did a great job. There was an issue that crept up and we were able to schedule a reinstall with no problems.

The squad did everything they could short of replacing the TV

This has been the best purchase made at Best Buy!! The team comes to your house with any tech issues, will mount TVs, you name it!!

Great deal for the value. I don’t always purchase warranty however for certain products it is a must.

This TV was purchased for another individual. Buying the 5-year plan was a no-brainer given the value.

I on had to do a restart on the tv they were on it.

As you know, even tvs have a ton of tech and software in them. All of the new consoles and 4k tvs are very expensive, so I highly recommend purchasing the 2yr geek squad plan through best buy.

Geek squad is definitely worth the money! Never purchase electronics without it. Always helpful and knowledgeable with great customer service!
