I always like to add the geek squad protection to everything i buy

I love the idea that I got this protection plan for my items

I had the tv die after one year twice. the first time they fixed it. the second time they gave me a new tv but forced me to pay for a whole new protection plan even though I had 3 years left on my old warranty. all because they gave me a new tv instead of just repairing the old one. Then the first geek came to drop off my new replacement tv, said he could not see the model number right in front of his eyes. Took off with my new tv over his shoulder. had to wait another 45 minutes for another delivery attempt and had to put up with a completely rude lady on the phone when I called in to tell her what happened. She kept trying to blame me!!!

Seems like a good value. Protects with in home service.
