    The All-In-One protection plan is a rip off on cost and limits one choices. There are no ala cartes options. If you purchase a protection plan it must come with their Web Root anti-virus, even if you already have an existing one; which increases the cost of the plan. That's not cool.

At least at this time, you have the choice of either getting protection for the hardware or software - or both. The software support side does come with Webroot and the hardware does not.     They're super friendly. Only issue is some technical difficulties cannot be fixed onsite and has to be offsite and cost extra.
