    Will take time to rate these people. Only chatted once with them regarding an issue and they referred me to manufacture to discuss situation because covered under warranty yet. Will have to see if anymore issues arise and how there response is to really them.

    So far, it seemed like a decent package, but have not had a chance to use. I thiught it was a good idea as I ordered it for a large screen TV. We'll see.
