It sucks it doesn’t cover psychical damage,that should be part of warranty

had a crack on the screen. had the warrenty and was told not covered because it was an accident The cat knocked it off the tv table and thats how it cracked the screen

never need it only when you do not buy it is when something happens

Sales associates will tell you any damage is covered when selling you the protection plan, but we had a monitor that was damaged during a move and they would not fix or repair it.

This was purchased months ago, no idea what it goes with, obviously haven’t needed

Loved the TV. Hated the fact that my warranty was a stupid buy. I spent 140 on the TV, 20 on the warranty. My son broke the TV, i paid 35 to send it away and get it fixed. They tell me it's set for an exchange. I get a gift card for 95 dollars. Got told the hisense tv is out of stock.

Took Geek Squad a month each time to ship out my tv to get fixed and ship it back. The in-store replacement doesn't start until your tv messes up 4 times then they switch it out in store. Not convenient when you have young children without a tv to watch.

Usually don't get these but with kids its a must to insure against it falling over

Lack of knowledge to repair, told me to send it to manufacturer, i could have done that without the geek squad, was not happy with their handling of the problem

I didn’t know that I had this service, even so I am very familiar with my computer didn’t need any way

Its just a waste of money, spend that money somewhere else. All they do is keep transferring your call to different people(for me it was 8 transfers), and then the only topic they talk about manufacturers warranty. I only wish i have had knew about this before. I was going to buy a protection plan from geek squad so long before for some other product but i was like its ok, but from now on not only gonna deal with geek squad but also i think its better to deal with samsung, LG or APPLE than best buy, atleast they stand upto their TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I am never gonna deal with best buy again either.

I hope it is good have not used it hope I do not have to we will see.

We have never been able to use the warranty because every purchase or gift broke right before the warranty expired

Not worth buying they dont help replace if you loose a part, you dont get your money returned so ill pass

I bought a refrigerator and had to use a warranty to get it fixed. They had to order the parts and it’s been more than a month and a half and still not fixed and still do not have parts until the beginning of June, I am beyond mad.

Geek SQUAD IS AMAZING FRIENDLY FAST AND DOES A GREAT JOB

This is a wast protection for the TV. We can basically get the TV assembled and installed ourselves. If your TV has any problem this protection plan just allows you to drop off your TV at a Best Buy but doesn't instantly replaces it with another TV unlike all other protection plans. This plan requires to send the TV to manufacturing facility of the provider and gets it repaired which can usually take about 6-8 weeks. Until that time you will not have a TV :(

Hard to review this as I have not needed it but I always purchase extended warranties on all my electronics
