    bought TV with 5 year geek squad protection, was told by sales person that they would come to my place and either replace or fix any TV over 40 inches. unfortunately the TV only lasted 31 days, panel went on it. when they come to check it i was informed that since i installed the TV myself that part of the warranty wasn't covered and that i would have to take it back for replacement. very disappointed with the service i received and on top of that the geek squad was very rude, left without even telling me what was going to be done. i got phone call 1 hour later telling me that i needed to return TV. ended up buying geek squad install so that they would bring me the TV and had to miss day of work so i could be there for them.

      Hi hclarkjr- I’m sorry the coverage of your Geek Squad Protection plan wasn’t made clear when you purchased it. An uninstall and reinstall is only covered under the plan if Geek Squad performed the original install.     I bought this item on July 8,2023 and scheduled for delivery on July 24 that was change by BB to the 28. When I received the range it was damaged. I spoke with Maria from costumer service and rescheduled a new range for August 8, once again BB change delivery date for the 14 and then again for the 26. Second deliver second range damage. Now 50 days sconce y bought my range and paid for it I don’t have a range or a posible day of delivery. Costumer Service where are you???? The rating is for CS…

    Bought this warranty for an LG 43" smart TV. Until the device is over 1 year old, Best Buy WILL NOT SERVICE YOUR TV!!! Best Buy will not even interact on the customer's behalf with the manufacturer! Read the fine print before buying this warrant!!
