If you can even get them to actually fix (warranty) your covered product. The washer started acting up a balance issue, and took off across the room. Called for an apt. 3rd party tech came out and DID NOT fix the problem. Repeat the process again. 3rd party tech came out and repaired a leg. OMG What? I spoke directly with Samsung and they verified that the leg was not the issue. Repeat the process the third time. Apt cancelled. Repeat the same process. Apt cancelled. Elevated to priority status. No luck after 3 weeks...Threatened litigation in small claims court. To no avail. Went to the local store and they exchanged refunded the faulty washer with a new one. They drag out this process for weeks and in the mean time when and where are we supposed to wash clothes? One option is just buy another washer and keep on returning the washers until they replaced yours. The return policy is 14 days. So purchase and return and purchase again and return and they will loose money and you will be able to wash your clothes until fixed!

Got this for my LG C4, and they came out just to tell me that if I wanted it fixed it’d cost money. Not super worth it. Guy was nice though!

TV is not bad for the price, the remote does fail and pulls up the wrong screens. Amazon helps with resetting the remote. Toshiba support email does not work and the number on web site is wrong. I am now on my 5th number to call. Cannot get any support assistance.
