Always have to be protected with big ticket items. You need to feel confident that if anything goes wrong you are taken care of.

I’ve used Geek Squad before and to know I have a protection plan with them for my new electronic purchase, makes me feel safe!

We haven't used it yet, but felt it an added way to cover problems if they should occur. Fairly inexpensive

Always bought the protection plan for TVs or consoles and can’t complain about the service but I can say if you bring in your tv make sure to look at the Outer edge frame of the front idk if they care for TVs much but mine was scratch last year after it was services by the geek squad.

I always have geek squad on all my devices. When something stops working I can turn it in for a new one.

Never ever had an issue with the Greek Home Protection and its paid itself for us on more than 3 occasions already with buying protection for our previous products.

It’s great It’s hard to find a good warranty these days in the past I have use this after the manufactures warranty there’s no more and the TV stopped working and Best Buy replaced it

I put my own TV up it was super easy to do. The people in store was helpful getting what i needed

Give yourself a piece of mine over your TV and know that if you got any questions they’re always there to answer for you or to help you or what you may need

The agents mounted my TVs and connected it all together. They were very polite and professional. And they did a superb job.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

I prefer to have Geek Squad over anybody else. They are excellent

The picture quality is great! The TV is big and looks great above the fireplace!
