Trying to get Geek Squad here at my home was near impossible. Three months before I got service. I wrote the CEO, and many people trying to get my Sony TV repaired under warranty. Nobody Seemed to care. I started with the store and was told that I, a 65 year old man, had to bring a 65” TV two hours to the nearest store. I went through the chain of command and was met with indifference from all. I called the store again, after nearly three months, and the person I spoke to, finally took care of me. After just a week, I had someone come out and attempt a repair that failed. They cared, and suggested the TV be replaced. It was! The moral of the story is, if you have a problem, deal with the store, try different people at the store. They took care of me. After three months, I had a new TV. Geek Squad finally took care of my issue.

I have yet to utilize the geek squad. But im glad i purchased it just in case.

For 2 yrs and less than $50, you get all the coverage (not basic) you will need for damages that are not your fault. You can't beat that!!!

I took the 5 year protection because of the investment I made for this TV. Hopefully I won't need it but it's there if I do.

I never buy something like this without gsp on it. I have worked with the geek squad before and you can't beat the level of service.

I did not mine purchasing the 5 year PSP on this baby. I knew that if this item went bad or died, I would not be a happy camper with no TV!
