I love that you can either take your product in or they will come out. It’s so convenient to be able to see and speak to an actually person rather than sending your product off somewhere.

I have not yet had to use the warranty, but with how fragil technology is, a warranty is the smart thing to do. 5 years, 70.00, if it makes you feel better that’s less than 4 cents a day.

All I have to say is this.... why go drop off my computer when I can have them remote join and fix the issues? Not to mention link my printer to the computer.

The agent connected tv very quick and was pleased with the professionalism. I would recommend geek squad to future customers.

This TV was purchased for another individual. Buying the 5-year plan was a no-brainer given the value.

We had to use the geek squad protection plan, but we are so glad we bought. They came right out and took care of all that we needed when our TV went out!

The remote ability to fix my TV and the in house installation as well as previous visits in store with computer ended up with all fixes with courteous, professional and timely service.

Haven’t needed to use it but the peace of mind is worth it for a 75in tv

So far I have not had to use the service however I did contact them with some questions about my television and they were very helpful to troubleshoot and answer any questions I had.
