    I have to call in on my warranties a couple times with geek squad. My most recent was to get a tv at my house looked at for possible repairs. The service date was a bit of a wait, but the "geek guy", came n was well experienced. Can't complain with that

    This is my first Best Buy protection plan. I got this cause I take the tv set into the store for service, The plans that I've gotten before the tv set had to be mailed in for service.

    Haven't had to use this plan, but the peace of mind was worth it. My last tv, a Sony, was unrepairable after only 2 1/2 years with no protection plan.

    I highly recommend the geek squad. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I had issues with a new stove and they did there best to fix my issues as soon as possible.

    Geek Squad was really helpful when I had a minor issue with my TV. They fixed it right away and explained what they were doing so I learned a few things along the way!

    This Geek squad Protection plan was to cover a replacement for my 3 year old Plasma that developed problems. Normally i don't get extended warranties; but in case of today's high end TVs ;I think it is a good investment.

    got the warranty and didnt use it, but have used similar before and it works very well. Only wished warranty when used we dont have to pay again to "renew" the warranty

    Replaced a bad Samsung unit - no problem!

    Purchased with new Samsung 43" LED TV. Worth the money since the TV died after 2 1/2 years. Geek Squad service/diagnosis and replacement was easy.

    I don't usually purchase the extra warranty but I did on my last purchase of my large tv because they will come out and you don't have to take it in. My tv lasted 11 mos and had to be replaced. They were great about it.

    Do not buy this service or at best buy, period. When you try to return your TV that had a display failure 30 days after purchase, they will send you home woth the non-functioning TV and tell you to call a 1800 # that is unable to schedule your "service" in the next 2 weeks. But you cant return it... good thing i paid for the exended warranty. You can only return a product to the store for 15 days after purchase. They would rather pay a Geek Squad to drive 1 hour plus roynd trip to try and repair a $250 tv rather than exchange it in store and send the tv(still under manufacturers warranty) to repair. Worst customer service I've had from any business in at least a decade. If i could give no starsor a negative star review I would.

    Geek Squad should be the best I guess. Me personally have not had the need to call them but is good to know Best Buy had their own team to help you out any issues.
