Haven't needed to use it but great peace of mind when you spent 2K on a TV

Never been big on warranties, but this saved me once so I’m all in now.

I always get this with all my electronics. Always comes in handy to have when the warranty expires.

So I bought the warranty for my 40 inch TCL on October of 2023. I called in cause I had a ghost image and I couldn't get any thing for local channels to work on this Tv and I tried 4 of them. So I called in and they said I had to bring it in or they could charge me to send repair out for service. I had a warranty that said you would never be charged?? So I just had shoulder surgery in May. It didn't go well and now in 2 weeks I am about to have my second surgery on my shoulder. I am older in my 60S. I brought the Tv in and the gentle said I wasn't supposed to bring it in. I would have to take it home and they would charge me. I have a warranty. I told my problem. Then he said he would check if they could replace it for me. Then he came back and said he would have to send it out for repair and it would be more than 2 weeks. I am having surgery and really need to have my Tv. I have always made Best Buy my first stop with TVs. I am going to replace my Tv in living room soon. But I am disappointed that not if I get my Tv I won't be able to install on wall with one arm. Just very disappointed with the overall process. I was hoping for a better outcome.

The geek squad service is phenomenal. They are always there when you need them.

I have had this service before and when I had a problem, they really worked with me to correct the issue.

Geek squad protection is the best. I get it on all my Best Buy products. They really back what they sell.

for the money it performs great. built in vizio apps need work it's a tad slow. decent amount of calibration options. wish it had the 32 zone back light feature like the m-series.

Already had to use this on my TV. I got a new replacement when the backlight on mine went out. No hassles and fairly painless.

You never know when a tv is going to go out. I got a 5 year warranty because it will b ready to replace it anyway.

I have not had to use this yet I can not really give a complete review

Customer service is great, always available to work with your issues

Great piece of mind knowing they will be there if something goes wrong

Again ya can’t go wrong getting the extended warranty just for the peace of mind!
