Happy to report that I have not utilized their servicess yet. All my purchases have continued to function as promised. Be even more happy if 2 yrs. from now I report the same thing. It is comforting to know that I have this service in the event I need it. Better to be safe than sorry ($$).

I can’t really review this because I just got it but it’s always good to know I at least have some type of protection for the tv.

I still think this tv is a great buy. Picture quality is very nice. Has game mode. No glasses but they are cheap enough, I recommend the regular active 3d glasses. 3D works in all model with virtually no crosstalk. Don't recommend using 3d in competitive online game play due to input lag but is amazing for campaign or co-op.

We always get our products protected and it has proven to be a god send. Have had to replace 2 TV's prior to expiry and what a deal! We are reimbursed if they cannot repair and you get a new one. You don't always need to use which is the preferred method - but if something happens you're protected!

How can you not love the Geek Squad. When you need them they are always there. It is like your own security guard around your computer, appliance, phone, etc. Get protected with the Geek Squad, they keep your information and devices safe.

Excellent service with timing delivery door to door

Didn't buy the 2 year protection at first but got it within the month, glad I did since I was worried my dog would knock it over with it being on the floor lol on the wall now but either way good to have protection in case anything happens

This isn't a large screen TV and I wouldn't buy it (or a larger size) for the main viewing area in my house but it works fine for the bedroom for nighttime viewing. It doesn't have as clear a display as my larger Sony but I'm OK with that. I did have to call Visio to get help adjusting the audio settings to work right with my cable provider but now that all settings are correct I no longer have sound issues. For the cost, it was a good purchase.

Geek Squad has always come through for me in the past, it just made sense to go with the protection plan on this purchase as well!

Can't go wrong at this price! Added mainly for the cost & protection ov the unit.

The geek squad protection plan is a good purchase to cover and problem which could occur. Without it, the cost of repair or replacement could cost more than the protection plan.

Our tv power supply stopped working. Geek spuad was fast and Professional. The people who came to work on my tv had a good attitude and liked there job 10 out of 10

Simply put... I appreciate the way getting me a new workable television was handled, and I further appreciate the young lady who went above and beyond (I feel) to set my mind at ease. Kudos!!!

Although we probably didn’t need this, we purchased it so we have confidence if we had any issues in the future. Always good to have the geek squad available when you need them.

Great tv excellent image quality resolution, I use it to watch movies and play games on my PS5, I recommend it to anyone

Hope i don't need the protection. I wonder if they give you extra time if you have to wait a month for something that was in stock.

The Geek Squad Technician left at 11:45:26 AM CDT, 5 minutes 44 seconds after arriving at our home to view our bad TV. At 12:39 PM CDT, 54 minutes later, we received a text message from the Geek Squad Technician for the Geek Squad Claims, Phone Number: 1-866-613-9853 and a Claim Number for the warranty to cover a new TV replacement. Phone call log: GEEK SQUAD CLAIMS (866) 613-9853 PLACED: 6/29/2020 12:41 PM CDT Duration: 12 minutes 6 seconds. Talked with a Geek Squad Agent, in the discussion with the Agent we let her know that our local store does not have a comparable TV and according to the Agent a similar TV is not available in any warehouse. The Agent said we did not have to decide immediately and we could take our time finding another TV set. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT GEEK SQUAD TV REPLACEMENT CLAIMS 1-866-613-9853 WE FINALLY WERE ABLE TO SPEAK TO AN AGENT AFTER ALMOST THREE (3) HOURS, BEING DISCONNECTED, REDIALING, DISCONNECTED, REDIALING, DISCONNECTED, REDIALING. THAT REALLY IS NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. NO EXCUSES! This was agreed to with us and the Agent before we ended our call at 2:47 PM CDT. Our Agent "G" promised on Thursday, July 2, 2020 at 2:46 PM CDT to send us the money for our claim in the form of a Best Buy Cash Gift Card and said it would be arriving by UPS-United Parcel Service and I should be getting an email confirming this transaction with a UPS Tracking Number. The Geek Squad are some of the most professional individuals I have ever worked with. Jeremiah and Dakota in Joplin are friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. It was a pleasure meeting them and watching them work. They are awesome!
