Highly recommend service for your best buy electronics

I always get extended warranties. Have only had to contact Geek Squad a couple of times for minor things I couldn't figure out. Well worth the few dollars extra for the assurance problems will be handled.

The picture quality is very good.. it shows so perfect and the size is bigger than expected

Bought the 2-year Standard Geek Squad Protection for my Insignia 39" Smart TV with Roku. Haven't needed to use the service yet so no 5 stars. I read reviews from others and they were pleased with service.

I purchased the 5 year geek protection for the peace of mind on my first ever big screen smart tv purchase. I hope that I we never have to use it, but 5 years of protection and support is so worth it if we ever do!

With today's high tech, an extended warranty brings value in short term. If a product will have a problem, it' seems like it's within the first couple of years. Best Buy has kept it's promises in the past!

5 star service. I love that they will come to my house to repair or replace the tv. Its really nice I do not need to transport it back to the store.

Good knowledge of task. I appreciate the efforts in completing the job. I will use the Sqyad, again if I need to. The coordination of time of arrival, time performing the task and clean up were impressive.

Ibhad bought this tv since November of 2022 and its a great tv to have.

A must have for dishwasher purchase. The last LG we purchased only lasted 2 yrs. and then we purchased a GE dishwasher and it only lasted 1 1/2 yrs.

I got the protection program for my large screen t.v. just in case anything happens to it. Because I bought it on sale and I couldn't replace its full value without this. This way I know I'm covered.

I needed a repair on my phone and went to geek squad. I was very satisfied with their customer service ! Will be back again

The Geek squad is Always helpful and great customer service.

Its always a great idea to have insurance on all of your electronics. This is a great protection plan, it's pennies on the dollar but it covers repair or replacement cost which could save hundreds.

So far so good no need to call but a great insurance backup

Just makes sense to get Geek Squad - they helped me set up my computer (and my husbands) plus you get coverage for 5 years - best deal in the store.
