The Geek Squad got me all set-up and listened to all of my questions an concerns. My rep (Darnell) was very helpful and even carried the TV out to my truck. Very cool!

No complaints here. Best Buy does seem to be a great place to buy products with good peace of mind.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

I have used the Geek Squad before, but never purchased product protection. I hope I don't need to use it. If I do need it, I hope it covers the repairs.

What's not to like? Best Buy will either fix or replace my open box LED TV, for $30 for 5 years Geek Squad protection. That's a little over 1 1/2 cents per day!

Don't purchase electronics without it, is a must lately.

I need to submit a request for remote replacement and am having a hard time finding where to do this. As long as it’s replaced at no cost I’m cool with geek. Otherwise....

A must have for extra warranty protection. Highly recommend.

I have not had to use this service with this device, but from previous experience, it is a valuable service to have.

the came out quick to fix my tv, when they didnt have the parts I got a refund to buy a new tv

I haven't needed to use the services of the Geek Squad yet for my LG TV but I believe they would provide good service.

It is always great to have an extended warranty. I know if and when I need the Geek squad they will be there for me

This is outstanding protection for your needs. I suggest you get extra coverage like this because it is really good.

Got the extra insurance for my new television heard it was good haven't had to use it but it's there just in case
