Got a new LG TV, which I have always had luck with, but the last one died early. Better safe than sorry.

I have had geek squad protection before and never had any issues. Hope this TV works for years.

I have bought this before and they did very well when it broke

I purchased a sony 4K 65" TV in december that hasn't worked right since the beginning. I have been trying to get resolution with Geek squad and am rather frustrated. Notes from prior conversations with customer support people are not in the file and they cannot reconnect me with the agent with whom I previously spoke. Given this problem at the very beginning I am less confident in the service support I would receive in the future. I am returning the TV and the warranty

I would recommend this service to all who are buying from Best Buy.
