I enjoy having the ease of dropping off and picking up a completely fixed issue. The Geek Squad does a great job and they are very helpful. Well worth the price of the protection.

This is a good protection to have on your tv. Because when I got it it had a crack in the screen and I called best buy and they replaced it in 2 days .

Who wouldn't buy additional protection? I've always done it and it has worked for me. For some, it may be a waste of money, but when you need it, people regret it. I rather regret now then later.

This TV is a beautiful and modern designed set with exceptional picture quality. I was lucky enough to get an open box item that was in perfect condition.

The agents delivered my new 75” tv inside of the house. I have 5 years of coverage. If this is the standard, it is truly the time protection package.

I never ended up having to use this, but from what it offers it’s definitely good to have as an extra layer of protection.

Decided to purchase the additional 2 year protection plan from the Geek Squad after reading reviews. Hope to never need their assistance, but do have that peace of mind now.

The 2 guys from Geek Squad were really professional and competent when installing the 65” tv and wall bracket. They set up all the WiFi, Bluetooth and cable connections perfectly. Thanks!

Don't ever buy product without geek squad protection. Anything ever goes wrong beefy buy will have it repaired and returned in 10 days. If cannot be repaired they will replace it with a new one

Has done what’s supposed to no issues . Took my tv back and replaced

This TV was purchased for another individual. Buying the 5-year plan was a no-brainer given the value.
