It's a must buy when I purchase an item with a high price. If anything goes wrong best buy will either fix the item or replace it with a similar item. So I always make sure I buy the extra protection. It saves me from frustration.

I hope I don't use this service but it seemed cheap to buy the insurance just to be safe.

Love having the protection on my products in case something happens, because you never know, it's better to buy it than not need it, than to not buy it and need it, especially since the plan is cheaper than having to buy another product! And Geek squad is always so helpful and know what they're doing.

After killing an 11 day old computer with a coffee spill I wouldn’t be without it. Then there was a particularly frigid day without gloves and as I was on my way to see my GEEKS my freezing fingers dropped my computer on the corner and cracked it. They put a new ‘skin’ on it. I’m sure I’ll make use of my protection on my new computer too. I seem to have karma with electronics.

I bought a new 65" 4K UHD tv and added the 5-year geek squad protection. You never know when your cat might decide to jump behind the tv, get tangled in your premium HDMI cables, and decide to just dash out and knock it all down, ruining your evening television watching. I have a few questions, what is the price of the item, are you expecting it to last awhile, and is it a good product if you checked those boxes then you should get a warranty {my opinion of course}

Best service ever I can live worry free for the next 5 yrs knowing that if anything happens to my protected item it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to me. Best Buy’s protection is a must whenever you prurchased expensive high quality in home items . Protect your purchases better safe than sorry!

Can’t go wrong with Geek Squad protection, ease of mind having coverage if something happens.

Hopefully I will not ever have use it! My mother made an appointment with them. When I say they was constantly asking her questions about her issues. Resolved her problem. Was ver respectful!

If you purchase a merchandise make sure you get that geek squad because they are the number one taking care of merchandise so if you don't purchase it at that time you have 15 days to go back with the receipt and get that warranty for your merchandise go get it

After having my 70" Hisense for only 2 years and it went out i decided to get the extra coverage. Although i feel Samsung is a quality product i feel safer with the extended coverage.

Definitely worth investing in. I had an issue with a previous model of my Oled and I was able to exchange and grab a larger screen for a very low cost!
