I had to use this once on a previous purchase and the interaction went as easy as can be. It’s there when you need it.

I never had to use the geek squad but i feel it’s a goof thing to have just in cast.

Havent had to use it. But i will find out because the picture on the TV is cutting out and i may need ro use this warranty.

Its pretty much mandatory to get a warranty on a controller, better to have the warranty and not need it than to need one and not have it.

The service and follow up are very good. This is a much better alternative to square trade. The 2 year plan is essentially worth one extra year after the factory warranty expires. But no extensive calls with the manufacturer that will leave you exhausted and angry. The Geek Squad experience I had with my TV was a piece of cake.

The geek squad protection is something that is a must for an expensive appliance. I brought one for my sony tv and it crapped out in 1 year and they gave me my money back. I am going to buy it again. Deciding if i will buy another sony...

I had a Samsung 50" 1080p TV that went out and was non-repairable after 15 months. I replaced it with a Samsung 50" 4K TV and decided that it would be good to have a backup plan, so I bought the 5 year Service Policy when I bought the new TV. I didn't want to feel cheated by Samsung again and I know that the Geek Squad and Best Buy will back up the product.

The agent replaced a network card preventing my TV from connecting to the internet. Amazing job

Best Buy does a great job of offering support with Geek Squad. Highly recommend!

Glad I purchased the 5 year protection plan because I don’t think it’s that good of a tv.

A little expensive for a service that may not even be used, but better than having to replace the TV on my own for if it's defective.

Any time of purchase big ticket items , I always purchase a warranty it’s better to be safe than sorry. You just never know when the device you purchased made malfunction. Things are just not built the same way
