I'm estatic that ill be protected with renewal option for my investment since I purchased Element and that was a nightmare ., Manufacturer warranty -Element gets you $99 shipping bill and refurbished product that may or may not work.

Don’t take any chances without this service . I’ve used it now for about 8 years . You never know when you might have have a serious or emergency issue.

Currently I have not had to use the service that covers smart tv, but when I call for support they are always attentive to all my questions, and they always call me to ask how we were in the service.

I have to call in on my warranties a couple times with geek squad. My most recent was to get a tv at my house looked at for possible repairs. The service date was a bit of a wait, but the "geek guy", came n was well experienced. Can't complain with that

I just bought a new laptop in September, a Dell, and loved it. Then it stopped working in December. I took it to Geek Squad and turned it in for repairs. Got it back within the promised time frame and it's working great again.

Love this warranty, recommended by all my friends, including friends that work or worked at Best Buy with nothing but good things to say; needless to say, I bought it. I have yet to use it, so my review may change.

got the warranty and didnt use it, but have used similar before and it works very well. Only wished warranty when used we dont have to pay again to "renew" the warranty

Geek Squad should be the best I guess. Me personally have not had the need to call them but is good to know Best Buy had their own team to help you out any issues.

Agents came out to my home to replace components on my VIZIO TV. They were very professional and did the work quickly.

I enjoy having peace of mind with purchasing the geek sqaud protection plan. I haven't needed it, but it's definitely nice to know it's there.

Not much to say other than the price of the extended warranty was what I would call fair. It would be nice if this covered 3 years over the 2 year it comes with but I'll take it, especially over the price of the 5 year warranty!

Nothing like having the worry free feeling of knowing you’re covered for 5 years if anything goes wrong with your purchase that you’re completely covered.

Geek squad is a very good value. They are always prompt and courteous. Have had in home visits as well as taken things in to be serviced. Highly recommend.
