I have never used this protection program, but I would rather have it than need it and not have it.

Works as advertised version 2 as it was compatible with the IPAD next generation

I purchased a Sony 65" television at a great price and purchased the added protection plan for piece of mind in case there were any issues beyond the manufacturers warranty. This covers things like burn in issues.

It’s only right to add the geek squad protection with every electronic purchase. I’ve had great experiences using geek squad over the years it’s only right for me to continue that.

I purchased the 5 year geek protection for the peace of mind on my first ever big screen smart tv purchase. I hope that I we never have to use it, but 5 years of protection and support is so worth it if we ever do!

I believe it's important to get a protection on any TV over a 1,000 dollars just play it safe. Geek squad service is quick to help with any that happens.

The Geek Squad protection plan is a no brainer, when compared to other retailers like WalMart. Although WalMart provides an extended warranty, they often make it difficult to replace or return your item.

I will be glad not to have to use it but we know we will have no problems with using this plan. We have had this service before with other equipment.

Great for the time I had it. Best buy was also attentive to my issues and the solved some of the problems I had with the TV that I bought.
