Best warranty & fast service around for the price.

Bought this for my sister’s new tv. She didn’t have a 4K tv & I immediately jumped on this for her new tv

Bought for my tv. I hope I don't have to use it but it's good to know I have it if I need it.

I always buy protection on high value purchases, well worth the money

I had a five year warranty one the first one. After less than 2 years it went bad. They replaced it under the warranty but would not transfer the 3 years left onto the replacement. Had to buy a new warranty for it. Got shorted the remaining 3 years. Not right it was paid for and they said it could not transfer to the new one or be refunded.

Never go with out the Geek Squad Protection Plan. Why would you?

My tv will not turn on or off with the remote. As I had purchased a 5 year extended warranty I called the geek squad. After 6 weeks of repeatedly calling them I have been told no one is going to come out to service it as I live 50 miles from their store and that they advise me to contact the manufacturer direct. Not what they told me when they sold me the extended warranty! Anyway that warranty is expired. I have talked to no less than 5 different people with the same result. They took my money and refuse to service my product! If you live in a rural area do not purchase a warranty from Best Buy! Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
