Highly recommend purchasing a protection plan for anything. I have dealt with the geek squad many times. Could not ask for better customer service.

Geek Squad is one of those things that will change your life especially if you're not as computer savvy. Always very friendly and helpful with whatever needs to be done.

Wanted to have coverage for 5 years so I would not have to pay repairs if a issue came up. So far have not needed anything.

I called about a question on my tv. They came out next day did a complete test. everything was ok. turned out to be a station problem. very helpful person.

Paid off big.. Bought a really expensive TV so figured we would get a warranty. With in a year we had the TV go out.. They came out and fixed it no charge.

Thankfully I haven’t had to use their service yet.

Bought this with an open box Samsung. Luckily haven't needed to use it and hopefully won't need to.

SORRY WE HAVE NOT HAD TO USE THE GEEK SQUAD WARRANTY. we SWT UP EVERYTHING OUTSELVES BUT BOUGHT THE WARRANTY JUST IN CASE.

My Geek Squad service is very affordable & necessary. In the past, I've utilized it for small technical issues with professionalism and competency.

WHEN BUYING ELECTRONIC'S FROM BEST BUY I ALWAYS GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THE GEEK SQUAD!!

I always buy extended warranty to all of my expensive technology. this will definitely cover for the next five years!

This Geek Squad is just an additional warrantee. You don’t know what could happen. If it happens, then you’re covered. If it doesn’t happen, then you’re still on the good side.

This is a great service for the person who is not tech savvy to have.

Uh yeah she’s not the most detail oriented person and that might be her only shortcoming so yes I’ll take that warranty please.

The Geek Squard Warranty is great. I had a tv under the Greek Squard and it went out iaftet 4 1/2 years and they replaced the tv. That is with no grestions asked.
