I never ended up having to use this, but from what it offers it’s definitely good to have as an extra layer of protection.

I always buy the protection plan for all electronics I purchase from Best Buy. It is very affordable and I would much rather have it and not need it, than not have it and pay for costly repairs.

Bought this for my Samsung TV. It was having issues with the display and BB got it all fixed. This service definitely gives me peace of mind.

Buying any TV over $1000 now days this is a must have. With 8.3 pixels you'd be surprised how often 5 or more pixels will go bad over 5 years.

I purchased a 5 yr. protection plan and at 3 mos. of owning a new TV, already needed to use it. Poor quality TV, glad I bought the plan. Thankfully it includes in home service.

Installed the 75 inch TV efficiently, professionally with no hassle. Organized all wires. Excellent service!!!
