It’s best to have this and not need it rather than need it and not have it in case of incidentals...

When I add issue with item, geeksquad came in handy. Item was fixed in less than 2 weeks with no cost. One cool thing is that you get update on the status of your product

I was not able to get an appointment to install my TVs but still purchased the protection coverage just in case.

No problem yet,sure it would be great if needed………..

You can't beat the piece of mind you get knowing you're covered if most anything goes wrong with your new purchase. Would highly recommend you do the same!

Hands down their protection plan is the best I would always recommend it to people that worry about something breaking.

I haven't used this protection plan (and hope not to have to) but it's good to know that Best Buy Geek Squad will come if I need them.

I never really used to think this sort of thing was worth it but it has turned out to be.

I have not use them yet but it put my mind at ease knowing it’s there if I ever need to contact them

bought with LG OLED CX 55" TV. Have not had to use it but purchased it because my older LG B6P 55" TV had burn-in and had to get the panel replaced. I had warranty through Amazon which was useless but luckily for me LG covered it under warranty because it was under 3 years from purchase date. Did not want to take the gamble this time around so purchased Best Buy's warranty which will replace the TV if they cant fix.

Purchased it with my new Oled tv and have not used it yet but hopefully i will so i can get my monies worth!

I have had to use this protection plan twice out of the five items I have on the plan and they give you absolutely no problems. They are very helpful and polite. Definitely highly recommend it when you have kids.

Got me in and out of the door in just minutes. The plant is a comforting thing to have in my line of work!

This is a great deal I usually don't purchase the extra protection but for the price I couldn't pass it up
