I had thought that this was HD radio as well, I asked the sales person and he confirmed it was.. It wasn't, but still a very good radio..

i bought this radio OCT 2 2021 & its been shutting every since the install on Nov 7 2021..so now im stuck with it because i didnt get the protection plan..lesson learned...not that it matters because 1 customer means nothing to you guys but i will NEVER purchase anything from best buy again

The radio works but the description said it was an HD radio. I returned it and bought one that had HD radio.

Display hard to see during the day, but not a bad system. If I did it again I’d go with a different model for sure.

I always have problem with the radio not turning on, and I decided to change of phone and realize that is not gonna even charge an Android phone. I'm extremely disappointed. It's good the apple car tool, but I wouldn't buy anymore without the Android possiblity.

Defective right out of the box. It was installed on 3.18.20 Day before the worldwide lockdown. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to complain. Over a year later, when I finally got to speak with someone in person, I was told it was too long. . It was draining my battery. Defective item or defective installation. I had it removed, and no longer have that battery issue. The tech that removed said it tested fine, that I probably need an alternator. Not true. My battery is fine. Now I’m stuck with this radio that’s useless. No help from Best Buy. They told me I have to deal with pioneer directly. Stay away.

You have to purchase an adapter for the SiriusXM as well as other parts, I had to go back a few times to the store after the salesman assured me I had the right part. And I still can’t get the navigation to work

Been a problem since I first got it but because of covid I've never had a chance to bring it in. It's not working now. Been a little over two years.

Very unhappy with this, the install guy took all day to do which ok I get since there as a mix up with the online appt. but the back up cam isn't in the radio which is why we bought this one and now the the beeping warnings for signals and keys don't work any more, I tried calling another store about this but after 3 hrs on hold and hung up on twice I said forget it! I wil be contacting the New Port Richie place again once my husband is in town to see if they can make this work, but as of right now not a happy person!

Worked great in shop, but once on the road, there is issues. Not sure if wiring issue but virtually unusable. 1. Stereo changes on its own between Radio, Pandora, Bluetooth, Camera mode and iPod. 2. Sound goes up and down without input. Volume buttons on steering wheel are intermittent, sometimes work and sometimes don't. I would like someone from the Dothan Best Buy store contact me so I might bring back in for diagnostic check on what is going on.

Bought this and was sorely disappointed in the quality of this stereo as I was replacing a Kenwood. Returned it & bought another Kenwood.

Iffy. Not sure yet. Incomplete installation. Waiting for our house arrest to end so I can get it straightened out

The wiring harness was missing I had to return it due to this reason

Back up cam not Working still no new radio from bestbuy. Still waiting

I like the style and promised functionality. The CarPlay feature constantly drops, after the connection ends the unit then shuts off. Bluetooth works most of the time, but sometimes that drops as well. Will be returning this product.

I had purchased everything with the exception of the Double Din Kit for the G37 . I have been on your site and its been out. I can't get it install until I have that. I can't get anyone to help either. Really upset....

The touch screen is horrible, I have to reconnect my phone to booth tooth every time I start the car as if the memory not pairing it correctly and Will not purchase again

It does not play CD tracks in order. Really, Pioneer, even the $5 junk CD players can do this, why can't you figure it out?

I bought this to go with the dash camera and it will not connect to the carmra or the back up camera . The store sold something that did not even do what they said
