Very stable and is super duper fast speeds for any router!

Streaming HD movies without rebuffering was not possible in my home prior to installing the Asus router. Images are now crisp as well as constant, and menus and content loading of Netflix, Hulu plus, Vudu and other services happens without what had been long delays or, more commonly, several reboots. Couldn't be happier with this product.

I bought the most expensive router because t wanted the best range so I could use me computer in my garage. I changed from AT&T to cable. I had cable before. The standard modem and router in one, was far superior in range than this one. It,s no better than a really cheap one I had before.

I really like the interface on set up. It took off right away.

My other router, which was a linksys died. Luckily I had bought the 2 year warranty from Best Buy, and was refunded my purchase price. This was the first time I had purchased Asus. This model was recommended by the clerk. It was very simple to install, and has been working with zero issues.

This router has been great and has definitely served it's purpose over the last several years. I use the 2.4 network for smart devices and the 5ghz for the computers, tablets and phones. I just recently started noticing some dropouts and lagging.

I brought home my new router and it was up and running all my wireless products in less than hour. I love the options that I have with the computer interface. I was able to connect my spare external hard drive with no effort and now can be accessed all the time.

Best router I've ever used. My house has lots of walls, and when this router is placed at one end of the house, a device at the other end gets full signal, through 5 walls. The configuration is easy, even for complex setups like with media bridges and extender.

This router is awesome. It runs super fast and came with WPA2 configured out of the box, which is actually secure. I am a big fan of DDWRT, all of the features of that firmware that I use are available in this router. I have a 2700 sq ft 1 store home. My office being in a back corner signal from my old router would drop when I closed the door. It was still usable, but I use wifi calling my phone since I have terrible cell recepntion where I am, and my phone would cut in and out some times. That forced me to open the door and let the 4 toddlers in while I was on the phone. With this routers I have full bars with the door open, closed, and I have 2 - 3 out doing yard work, so no more missed/dropped calls. Works great with video streaming on tablets, phones, laptops, and my smart TV and xbox. I haven't tried gaming yet, but I am sure it will be fine. I have 2 hard drives plugged into the back of it and was able to map network drives to them no sweat and I can stream videos off of them at high res. My two gripes are 1, it is expensive. I was able to get my work to buy it for me, but if they didn't I would have gone with the Asus Dark Knight instead. 2. When I first plugged in a USB 3.0 driver to the 3.0 port it wouldn't recognize it. A 2.0 drive worked fine and the 3.0 drive worked on the 2.0 plug. I eventually found a setting that limits the USB 3.0 speed which I guess just makes it so USB 3.0 devices not work on the port. Anyway, once I turned that off it recognized the drive and I am off and running. Overall I am very pleased.

Bought this instead of using the router provided by Comcast. Easy to install, no issues with connectivity, works well. We have used this now in two different houses with no issues.

Originally I thought this router was a little pricey, however after setting it up and having it in operation for about two months, it's worth every penny and then some. I highly recommend this product.

This is a great router. I use it for my XBOX One as well as other connected devices, including the Nest Thermostat. I'm a little disappointed in the fact that my Nest Thermostat and my Chromecast disconnect periodically from wireless. I would usually attribute this to the peripheral, but in this case, it was 2 completely unrelated devices running into similar issues. I haven't tried an RMA, but that is probably my next step. This brand is great, so I'm hoping I just have a bum unit.
