Easy set up, able to access google drive. My only complaint is the keys are not as easy to use as a Mac, but you can’t beat the price. It might bother me if I was writing a paper, but for surfing it’s fine

This was a gift that was Greatly appreciated. Used for emails, facebook, and even creating music. It was a early Christmas gift. They were happy and so was I. It was delivered on time as stated. Best Buy aims to please.

This is my second Chromebook. I have another with a smaller screen and purchased this for when I wanted to have a larger screen. Performance is great. Big fan of Chrome and the Chromebook concept for 95% of what I use a computer for. Pro's - Speed, Chrome OS, overall initial quality Con's - It is a bit heavy, have to have the screen angled very accurately to get best screen quality which isn't terribly great to start with, and last a person keyboard issue - hate the "search" key right next to the "a". I hit it accidentally with sloppy typing. Overall - I recommend. If Google apps ever include a photo editing app that provides even basic editing capabilities Chrome and Chromebooks will cover 99.9% of what I use a computer for.

I thought I wouldn’t mind not having a touch screen and liked the larger footprint. The downside is the keyboard seems high and my wrists lay on the edge. Not comfortable for typing but good for everything else.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my 79 year old mother. This is her first time using a computer. She loves it! She says a whole new world has opened up to her.

I bought this for my 90 y/o dad for Christmas. Much easier for him to use than his laptop. Good quality for the price. Do not buy this if you are looking for laptop functions such as office. This is a Chrome book.

What you see is what you get, pretty much. As long as you’re not looking for something with tons of memory-this is a great setup. Beautiful screen, simple to run & it’s ready to rock and roll right out of the box.

Mom just needs to check email and watch YouTube that’s it! THIS IS PERFECTLY streamlined for her internet use. No bothersome OS and updates, etc. Sleek design and good graphics and battery life. Happy with the purchase.

I got this for my wife for email, internet, Facebook, some basic stuff. She was used to Windows, so it is taking some time to get adjusted, but it's a clean looking machine, and the size is perfect.

I'm no tech geek, just a 50 sumthin guy who needed internet access for online banking, you tubin, google searches, online shopping, (close to amazon addiction) and e-maqil access. Works great, great price!

Bought this for my son for school. It works perfectly for that reason. Wish it had a little more to it but for the price is was great.

This PC does everything that we needed to do. We got it as a basic computer for the kids to do their homework. And also to do some basic internet surfing, checking up email, and other General stuff.

I have purchased 2 of these now. We use them for work. Just to access cloud base programs and email. Price is right for what we need. I will probably purchase more of these. Wifi and speed have been adequate.

As a college student just needing a laptop to type papers on and browse the red this is the perfect option due to the fact that it is not so expensive and more college student friendly that are on a budget

With all of the different laptops on the market, this Chromebook has really good value. No frills, but really good for a useful, inexpensive machine. Recommended for general office applications.

This computer is great for all of your needs. It has google docs which allow you to make spreadsheets for important information and the computer is nice and lean to carry around anywhere you go.

Got this for my son for Christmas. He loves it. It's so much faster the what he had. Takes a little time to get use to it, because it isn't like windows, but once you do you will love it. Great price to.

This computer provides all the functionality my wife needs. Surfing, google docs, gmail...that's about it. For the $$ it's a great deal. And secure. Next time I need to replace my laptop I'll likely go with this
