I bought this chromebook for the two students I have in school. They are able to do everything they need to on their own accounts that we set up. Easy access to apps and services.

I purchased this laptop this Acer Chromebook for my niece. Very easy setup even for a 3rd grader. It's been used everyday since November. So far so good no issues to report.

For the price this is a solid computer. Covers all the basics of web surfing, email, video streaming and allows access to android apps on the google play store.

We only use a laptop for really basic things. This was a perfect computer at a great price. Extremely happy and would recommend to anyone that uses for basic searches/app users.

This is a great computer for newbies or pros. It's lightweight and easy to use. All of your Gmail transfers from your phone to the computer which makes it even better.

great for simple web surfing and social media. not intended for downloading and storing games, photos, music, etc. Bought one for my son and it serves its purpose.

Decent chrome book. Good for email browsing etc. And no hassles of updating OS. As a chrome book, its nice. But it has the limitations of a chrome book vs a laptop.

This Chromebook is a sharp looking device. Setup was a breeze and adding secondary accounts and profiles was just as easy. It's fast and worked seamlessly with my Logitech Unify touchpad and mouse (which was pre-paired via my old Windoze laptop). 16GB isn't much for storage, especially not enough to download music and videos to. It took USB drives and SD cards as storage without issue, so there's local expandable options available. On-keyboard speakers are nice, however not meant to power a party. It comes with a few preloaded Apps, including a camera app; the downside is that there is no video app (most likely due to the limited internal storage). I was able to cast both YouTube and the entire screen to a Chromecast device without issue, retaining sound with no delay and mouse movement with some delay. Pretty impressive, I must say. It's fast for simple browsing and (per my daughter) is amazing with many of the kid game/learning sites, such as abckids. This is now her computer - lucky kid. Given limited application development for the Chromebooks, Skype is not one of the things you can install; with a webcam - one would think that you could just snag it from the Play Store, but not so much. There is a web version of Skype (web.skype.com) which does light up the Mic & Camera and allows video calls! The downside: SUPER LAG! You hear the other side, but the movements are delayed by upwards of 3 seconds. Feedback from the other side of the video call was shockingly great -- reports of improved video quality over a fully loaded 15" Dell Inspiron Laptop running Windows 10. So, if you're looking for simple browsing on a quite large, non-touch display - this is a no-brainer at $200 or thereabouts. Personally, a 13.3" Chromebook is the ideal size for me, unless there was a touchscreen - then, this 15.6" would be amazing. Utilizing some free Google Cloud Storage for 2 years with this Chromebook purchase (Google it, it's easy to find out how to), you'll be good for tons of temporarily free storage. Pick this up and enjoy a low-cost, (hopefully) reliable, fast, light-surfing computer.

This was a birthday gift for my daughter in high school and she absolutely loves it! Fast speed, charging, and built in virus protection. What else can you ask for!

We were looking for a second laptop for our children to use for homework. This product meets all that they need to connect to Google Classroom at a great price point for us.

Good Chromebook, especially if you want a larger screen. Always could use a faster processer but good for the basics. Uses Android apps, which makes life easier.

I brought this for my granddaughter and she loves it. Was perfect for her needs surfing the internet and other computer jobs. Excellent price.

I bought this for work use basically for creating schedules and I love it. Screen is big and easy to read even when I've got my templates full of text.

Great screen, great batteries, great WiFi; I'm happy all around. Also, Best Buy refunded me $40 as this model went on sale just after I took delivery in Jan. 2019.

The machine is reasonably fast and is responsive; but the keyboard especially the space key sticks. Also, no delete key.

This product fits my needs. I wanted a laptop to access email, shop online and watch Netflix. I had the same laptop previously and it lasted almost three years.

This is a good first laptop.chromebook for the kids. It's not too high in price and works great so that even if the kids damage it in some way, I won't regret it.

Paid $201 for the chromebook. my next choice was $350. Very happy with this product. The 15 inch screen helps me view the screen as opposed to the smaller screens.
