Having had PCs most of my life I have to admit that I was suspicious about the quality of a $200 laptop. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and performance of this Chromebook. This particular laptop was purchased for primarily surfing the Internet and email. It performs both of those functions flawlessly. With a minimal operating system there is no need for constant updates like with a Windows based pc. For the price, quality and speed I would happily recommend this to a friend or family member. Best Buy had the best price and double the RAM compared to other retailers.

I wanted a Chromebook that has a price on the low side. That said, it does everything one could expect and more. As a bonus, it comes with a large screen.

I purchased this for my father, who needed to upgrade to a new laptop. He finds it fun and very easy to use, and the price point fit his budget!

Large Screen, Fast Boot Times, Great Laptop for the money. Chromebooks are an excellent alternative to a Windows Laptop. You can run Office 365.

I really like it, its fast and does everything I need it to do. Very simple to use and just by adding a great VPN service it will be safe.

I purchased this as an easy-to-use computer for my elderly mother. With the large screen, and simplicity of use, it has been perfect for her!

As a veteran teacher (both middle-school and high school), I am quite familiar with the typical, 8 - 9 in. Chromebooks available in most school. All their components are smaller: screens, keys, and keyboard. I am used to having to look quite closely to see and help a student's research and writing. However, this Acer Chromebook 15's components are equal to those of a full-sized PC. As an unexpected bonus, the storage capacity includes 100GB in Google Drive. I am far more than "satisfied" with this product.

Got this for my wife. She loves it. Great for media consumption. Wouldn’t recommend for anything else. Big screen and it’s fast for everyday use.

Love the chromebook- great for internet use. Not much of a learning curve to go from a PC to a Chromebook. Fast, and very portable.

For me 15 inch screen is huge plus. The price is very reasonable. If you need a simple device for every day tasks this is a great option.

Decent computer for price. If your using for anything other then just internet and etc may want to look at more memory or storage

I needed a labtop for my 7 year old to do homework. This is great. He able to do all his homework and go on YouTube to watch videos.

I bought this to replace my old laptop that is very slow. This one is much better with good price!

For the money, you can’t beat it. If you’re looking for a laptop that will allow you to surf the web, make spreadsheets and word documents (google version) then look no further. You can get Microsoft Office on this computer but you will have to pay extra. Also, you’ll want to set up Google drive if you don’t already have it, as the internal hard drive is not that big. Or you could use an external hard drive I suppose. Have had this computer for a few months now and am still impressed with how great it is for how little I spent.

I bought it for my dad to read his storybook online, great big screen, my dad is happy. I'm happy because the price is really affordable!

Chromebooks are perfect for our teachers to write lesson plans. This Acer Chromebook was a great deal and just what we were looking for.

Bought this for Christmas so it's only been a month. So far it works great and is easy to use. It is fast and has not locked up.
