Most of my middle schooler’s homework and textbooks are online. Works great! Nice size screen, Good battery life and no complaints.

X-mas for my daughter and she loves it. 1st notebook, great price and fast.

Had to get a new computer as my chromebook's power supply went out (had it for 3 years). I wanted something simple since i would just use it for school or to take on work trips. It's light, has SS USB ports and HDMI. The only issue for some people would be if you needed some type of windows product or software, you won't be able to use it on this computer. Also if you aren't comfortable with having everything saved under google docs/google drive this may not be the computer for you.

Love it! So easy and intuitive! Just the right amount of get-up-and-go and not so much of the stuff that makes it slow!

I was able to log in and get mine setup within minutes. My daughter also uses Chromebooks at her Elementary school. She logged in to her account and all of her schoolwork downloaded for her automatically, even her desktop. I will admit things are a little different than I’m use to (working in windows for years) but navigating around the laptop is easy. I learned it fairly quickly. I like the fact that once you set this up your settings will follow you to different devices once you log in. So no more setting it up every time you log into google on other devices. Boot up takes less than 30 seconds. From here much like windows, you can tweak desktop/background settings to your liking. Processing speed seems to be ok for streaming, email and Internet. This is a great unit for those looking to do so. Note, this machine is not meant for high memory use or graphically intense programs. The unit is quite big, it has a 15.6 inch screen, with an aluminum body, which offers good protection, weight come in just under 5 lbs. The only issue I had with it is the screen, it is a matte type (non touch) screen and the colors seem a little muted or dull. Not a deal breaker at this price level though. I would highly recommend it to students who use google apps at school or Chromebook. The internal drive is only 16 gig (4 gigs of ram) but does except SD cards for additional storage options. Google also offers cloud storage free but larger amounts will need to pay. The battery is good for about 12 hours which is great!! The unit has 1 Usb 3.0 (wish there were more) It is also Bluetooth compatible, great for attaching wireless headphones or if you have a corded headphones there is a jack. The HDMI out is great when streaming movies to a larger TV Screen. There is also an HD onboard web camera for chatting. I would give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars and recommend this to family and friends.

This laptop is an awesome starter laptop. The price is reasonable and allows for basic games without lagging.

Toshiba laptop stopped working. Decided to try Acer Chromebook. Don't need much for my everyday use. Took some getting use to. Works well, light weight, still getting use to keyboard setup. Only real problem I have is printing to my printer. It continues to print in reverse, (black page/white letters). Had my smart daughter come take a look at it. Still no luck. But I rarely print, so not that big of deal. Think its printer related.

Very cheap price. Does OK for the price. It is primarily for internet use as the memory is very small.

Have been avoiding Chromebook Laptops. Then decided to try one anyway. Glad I did! This Acer Chromebook Laptop is pleasing. Have been using it everyday going on three weeks now. Actually like it better every day. The "simple" Chrome OS and logical intuitive presentation of everything coupled with Acer quality and screen size make it a real pleasure to use. Would have no problem recommending this Acer Chromebook Laptop to anyone.

I have had my Chromebook for a month and I love it. I was really hesitant about switching from Windows since I have a lot of Word and Excel files, but Google Docs and Google Sheets are even better. Everything is stored in the cloud, so you don't have to worry about losing anything like I did when my last pc died. It doesn't have much memory, so if that is a concern, it might not work for you. I'm still learning, but I am very happy with it so far.

This chrome book may not be touch screen but it has a nice wide screen and it is so easy to navigate the web.

I was looking for a easy to use large screen computer with a low price. My wife bought one and so did I.

Battery life is long and the speed of the laptop itself it quick.

After doing some research we decided on this laptop because of its features, screen size, memory and price. I am a little disappointed that it’s almost exactly like my tablet but it has good battery life and does the necessary things we need in a laptop. I would recommend it as a starter laptop for a student . Can’t beat the price.

I love it. Its so fast. Its very easy to setup. Acer ihas great chromebooks this is my second one.
