    Nice size to watch my utube music videos.the acer has a nice bright screen 1080p. The acer 317 is very fast loading info.it also logs on and shuts down very quick.

    We want OS Chromebooks with 16GB of RAM and excellent processors. Unfortunately, Best Buy only sells budget Chromebooks.

      If you need a more powerful Chromebook, please feel free to contact the Acer store at 800-910-2237. They will be able to help you select one that suits your needs if the models at Best Buy are lacking in specifications, such as the Acer Spin CP714-1WN-74UE that has 16GB memory. In most cases you shouldn't need this much memory on a Chromebook as they are designed to be used primarily while connected to the Internet, with most applications and documents living in the cloud.

    After multiple attempts to get this to stream videos from several sources, I gave up and returned it to Best Buy. It would only play in slooooow speeeed. There have been many comments about this issue from other owners. There may be a work-around for this problem, but who wants to buy a new machine and than have to figure out how to make it do what it's supposed to do?

      Dear Not,
      Chromebooks are different from Windows laptop products in that they are designed to be used primarily while connected to the Internet, with most applications and documents living in the cloud. Because of this they don’t have much for on board storage but they also are not expensive either. Chromebooks run off apps like an Android phone or tablet so you cannot download and install applications or .exe files. If you need to use third party software applications that must be installed on the computer, a Chromebook is likely not for you, where a Windows laptop would suit you better.
