I should have known to than to believe what their salespeople and Geek squad says, IF IT HAD WORKED AS TOLD WOULD BE GREAT

Posted .While this Chromebook supports apps from Google Play Store, not all Chromebooks will work with all apps that are posted. We always suggest the user check the system requirements of any app to make sure the Chromebook desired will meet or exceed those requirements. If this is a new purchase and you are not happy with the model, please contact Best Buy for your options.

More computer than our need

She loves it but she is not a computer person, so it is probably more than what she uses it for. Facebook & searching the web. I was hoping it would promote her to learn more since it is so much more than her last, smaller, 10 year old, Samsung Chromebook. 3 stars only because of lack of use for it's ability.

I was just going to do my docs on it, and keep all that stuff on the Dell computer. I've not had it five days, and it's turned off on its own at least 12 times. All I could think of is how happy I was that I would not have any more windows script freezing my computer constantly ; it's always windows. Yet, here I am with you guys , and it's having problem. I guess other people are too. It seems impossible to get a good working computer or any kind of working tools these days. They constantly have problems. One of the first things I do on a new computer orChromebook is run troubleshooting because it's not working right. lt's like they disposable. I've had it less than 5 days. This is the honeymoon period. When everything is supposed to be perfect. I see red flags. I will probably be returning it.
