Excellent device. No issues since I bought it for my daughter

I just got this chromebook yesterday, I love it super fast delivery. Excellent price and excellent value this laptop was at least 100 dollars cheaper on Best Buy's site than other sites. thank you

Device had a Major power issue. BB wouldn't honor their item listing and told me to contact manufacturer. I returned it.

Chromebook Plus. Was released before Chromebook Plus standards were set, but was upgraded to the advanced ChromeOS software. It's now my day to day laptop, replacing my older Microsoft Surface.

Screen stopped working in under 3 months. We had bought the protection plan, which seemed like a smart idea at the time as this is being used by a teen. Mistake, we're two weeks into the repair being processed/fixed by Best Buy and still no Chromebook. I use own Apple products/use Apple Care for my own tech. With AppleCare my MacAir has been in and out of repair in 4 days with delivery to my house. Two weeks with Best Buy and the tracking data says it's just in for repair. There will still be another few days of shipping (took 4 just to get it to their center) and will have to return to store to pick it up. Will not be buying another computer or warranty from Best Buy junk product/junk service.

The equipment is great the assistance to purchase the equipment was horrible, stood there for several minutes and finally had to go to a group of blue shirts standing there and only one said not Mt area but I’ll try to help? I should have left but I needed to purchase a chrome book

I was quite happy with the size, weight, and performance of the device. The screen was handsome and fairly bright (not enough to use in bright sunlight.) It was easy to set up and felt like a quality product, the keyboard was especially nice. However, it came with a vertical line on the screen which wouldn't go away and for that reason I had to return it. Unfortunately while Best Buy took it back they wouldn't give me a replacement or a similar product. Disappointing.

I love my Chromebook. It does all that it said it would do and works well. I use it mostly for writing and watching videos, nothing very busy like gaming. Only downside is the sound is but great, but I got a great speaker for it so it's easily remedied

I've really enjoyed this Chromebook. Construction is solid. While all chromebooks boot quickly, this one is a workhorse. I always have too many tabs open, but this one doesn't lose a beat when I am trying to multitask. I would definitely recommend.

Works well for our son's schoolwork and easily allows Family Link parental controls via Google.

I should have bought a laptop. Chromebook is too difficult to work with. I'll limit it's usage.

Perhaps the best Chromebook around for the money! Decided to upgrade from the older Acer 514 and pass it down, however that plan was doomed once we all realized the 714 came wirh free Minecraft bundle! ;)

I wish this had been my first Chromebook. I love it! I want to buy two more. Just wish I could find one of those snap on hard shell cases for it.

Very nice chromebook. It boots up fast and has a very nice gorrilla glass screen. I updated to Chromebook Plus operating system. I bought this on a Cyber Monday deal and it is great!

The volume is very low even though it is registering 100%.

Solid chromebook for the price. We are using it as a school laptop and teaching tool for our son. I wish it weighed just a smidge less.
