This chromebook after 2 months has started shutting down the web browser and restarting it on its own as you are reading the web page. Another thing is that when you use the touch screen to open or close a page it is sometimes, not responsive and you have to use the touchpad and move the cursor to the action you want to take. Laptop will also freeze for no reason and and requires a reboot. Disappointed with this purchase. It replaced a much cheaper older chromebook that was flawless for 5 years.

The sound was less than what I hoped for, but the main problem I found was that I couldn't log into my workplace account. I've used other chromebooks, but it wouldn't work for some reason. I had to return it.

I expected more. It’s a good looking computer but the quality stops there. 5 months in and it needs warranty work. Used by a 10 year old with restrictions and 90% for school.
