    Solid Laptop

Honestly this has been a solid gaming laptop. However, since getting into iRacing I do notice a lack of performance. This is still a very solid budget friendly laptop that can handle most games on lower graphics settings. With video card upgrades I'm sure this laptop would run most games pretty well.

Excellent and upgradable. When it comes to plenty of ram and plenty of hard drive.

I don't understand how something this beastly can be offered at such a low price point. It seems that as technology gets better the cheaper good stuff gets! This is a solid on-the-go laptop for your gaming and video viewing needs. It more than sufficiently gets the job done. I wish I had this when I was in college 10 years ago. 15.6" IPS panel is solid, and 5 lbs isn't too heavy. The dual drives is great, one for storage and one for performance/speed. This is definitely great for a college/grad student that likes to game. :)

This is my very first true gaming laptop and I can say I'm pretty happy with it. I'm more of a casual gamer and tend to spend more time watching videos on YouTube and browsing the web than I do playing PC games. However I still wanted the capability to play some of the latest PC games whenever I wanted to. I have a long history of console gaming simply due to cost and the cost to get even a half decent gaming compute, even a desktop was simply beyond my reach. Computer technology has come a long way from even 5 years ago and seems like some gaming laptops are beginning to dip into the sub $1K mark which is great for people who don't have $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 to drop on a gaming laptop but still want to play some of the latest games.

Everything looks absolutely amazing on it. Downloaded and played Osu with no issues but when I downloaded the Sims 4 with all the expansion and DLC packs and started to play the game I got the blue screen so that's why I gave it 4/5 stars. Attached is a picture of the blue screen error

Great computer but runs fairly hot. if you really push it the charger gets hotter than the computer or at least mine does. Other than that no complaints

These laptops are god awful, we have 2, one of them was a an 515-53 and the other a 54 and both keyboards are breaking left and right, the 53 from the start has had heating issues no matter what i did and it throttles the performance right off the bat. Hinges broke on both models within 6 months and had to be glued back until we had the funds to get a couple more laptops, got my wife a msi gl65 leopard and i got a asus rog strix, way better laptops and got them both on open box on new egg for just about 50 bucks a piece more then these cost. Spend just a little more and get a different brand then these. I gave my little brother my asus laptop to get these due to the 1650 graphics cards which is a little better then the 1050 the asus has and the asus out performs it by a long shot.
